Raising Funds for Puttinu Cares – May 2024

A number of girls in Grade 6 wished to collect funds in aid of Puttinu and make a contribution in their small way. The school administration considered this desire for active citizenship which is admirable and worth supporting. Therefore, after meeting with the cohort, it was agreed that they would sell craft items such as loom bands, plushies, etc made by themselves and some other items such as homemade cupcakes .The sum of € 850 was collected and donated this morning to Professor Andrew Decelis who collected it on behalf of Puttinu

Crowning of Our Lady – May 2024

May is the month dedicated to Our Lady. On Tuesday 21st May 2024 it was a special day for us all as we celebrated the Crowning of Our Lady. This is a yearly celebration which our school community is fond of and looks forward as we gather in prayer, recite the Rosary, sing Marian songs and crown the statue of Our Lady.

Pink October 2023

At the end of October 2023, our school presented a cheque of €600 to Ms Anna Zammit Demajo representing Europa Donna organisation. This money was collected during a Pink October activity organised last month where staff members and students wore pink for the day. The ICT and PSHE teachers also presented Ms Anna a set of drawings and cards which were done by the students during their lessons to raise awareness about breast cancer. #pinkoctober2023 Europa Donna Malta
