Dress Code
The following School Uniform Regulations must be respected at all times:
Complete School uniform is to be worn every day during school hours, outings and examination times except on occasions when special permission has been given. Skirt lengths are to be decent. Shabby, torn and faded items of uniform are to be replaced. Shirts are to be tucked in at all times.
- The correct sportswear and shoes are to be worn for P.E.
- Make-up, nail extensions, nail transfers and/or nail polish are not allowed. Girls will be asked to remove them/it immediately.
- Jewellery in general is not allowed, but one pair of small matching ear studs may be worn, as well as a Cross or Holy Medal on a thin gold or silver chain.
- Studs may only be worn on the ear lobe.
- Hairstyles unbecoming the school uniform are strictly forbidden. Hair is to be kept tidy and tied back if it is long. No extravagant hair colouring is allowed. Simple hair bands matching the school colours may be worn, other hair ornaments are not allowed.
- ALL UNIFORM AND OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS ARE TO BE CLEARLY MARKED. Any unmarked items that are found and remain unclaimed will be disposed of at the end of the scholastic year.
- Girls are allowed to come to school in full P.E. kit only on days designated for P.E. Kit as informed by the school or class teacher.
- Necessary disciplinary measures will be taken against girls who breach school uniform regulations.
- Blue school shoes are compulsory.
- White running shoes: are to be worn with the PE outfit; no fancy trimmings or coloured shoe laces.
- School uniforms must be smart: frayed cardigan cuffs and faded uniforms are not allowed.
- Skirt lengths must be decent; not shorter than 5 cms above the knee.
- School trousers are optional; school skirts must be worn on official school outings and functions.
- Only blue scarves with the school logo are allowed.
- Students must wear their blazer to enter and leave school at all times during winter uniform periods.
- Blazer is to be worn over the tracksuit as part of the Winter uniform.
- White polo necks under school shirt or polo shirt are only allowed in cold weather.
- School tights cannot be worn with summer uniform.
- The anorak can be work instead of the blazer only in wet weather.
